After reading a forum on FDS (Go Plastic thread) I found another home builder setting up his visual system using a simple method. He used 1/8" thick Sintra foam board and 36x48" Acrylic curved mirrors, your able to project a 3 times greater field of view without losing any quality. I have come up with my own interpretation of how to use his Tim's method. I will set mine up using the DualHead2Go from Matrox and 2-HP vp6320 Projectors to create a 180 degree Field of view (FOV).
